Screamin' Jay Hawkins - At Home With Screamin' Jay Hawkins

When you think of Oktoberfest, what says it more than Screamin' Jay Hawkins singing 'Orange Colored Sky'? Sure some might automatically think of 'I Put A Spell On You', but for real thrills and chills, 'Give Me My Boots And Saddle'. This is one great album, but if you're debating whether you should download it, believe me you'll love it! Some who may be expecting the usual rockin' Screamin' Jay may be disappointed by some of the wonderful orchestrations and vocals which are on the loungier (for lack of a better word) side, and some who want those vocals may be put off by crazier tracks like 'Hong Kong', but all I can say is that I love it, so if you know what kinds of things I love, you won't be disappointed.
