Thanks for your kind (& sincere) words. I thought they were original (I use those same words at other blogs, so I like to think they're original!). I appreciate hearing them no matter how many times we use them!

Hello again! Have you ever listened to the track "Starfire" on Bob Thompson's Sound Of Speed? (there's a snippet on Bob Thiompson's web site) Each time I hear it, it reminds me of what Joe Jackson wrote for the Tucker soundtrack (surely because of the pizzicato thing). So, if you had that Sound Of Speed album, I would be the MOST HAPPIEST (wink wink, nudge nudge) French guy in the world. Thanks again for your kindness and for the time you take answering my comments.
I looked and found I didn't have Bob Thompson's Sound of Speed anywhere, but I'd love to have it too. Pinicchio or Planet Xtabay might have it, but since it was reissued on CD, I don't think anybody would put it up. Sorry about that. :((
